Data deletion

Request deletion of your information

Send an email to katrina@cardinalcuisine.com with the subject “PrimescanOS data deletion request.” Include the name of the connected Page and enough information to identify your conversation. Do not include patient health information in the email.

What happens next

We will verify the requester, identify eligible records, and confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained. Potential adverse-event and compliance records may be preserved where pharmacovigilance, legal, or quality obligations require retention. Information that is not subject to a retention obligation will be deleted or de-identified.

Timing

We will acknowledge the request and provide a status update within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification and applicable law.
