How PrimescanOS handles information

Scope

This notice covers PrimescanOS Safety and PrimescanOS Engage interactions, including messages received through connected Meta products.

Information processed

We may process account identifiers, message content, timestamps, consent and communication preferences, and safety-report information voluntarily submitted by a user. Safety reports should use the minimum patient information needed for follow-up.

Purpose

Information is used to receive and route potential safety reports, maintain an auditable intake record, respond to users, manage consent, protect the service, and provide approved HCP engagement.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with the organization responsible for the relevant product or program and with service providers operating the platform. Safety information may be retained as required by applicable pharmacovigilance, legal, and quality obligations. Engagement information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.

Your choices

You may stop engagement messages, request access or correction, or request deletion of eligible information. Safety and compliance records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
